Compassionate Healing With Meryl
"I feel fortunate to have connected with Meryl several years ago through a mutual friend. Following the sudden and shocking death of a man that I loved, I could not get past the grief. I was at a really low point. Meryl helped me to navigate this unchartered territory with patience, kindness and love."
— DEBRA L.
"I had the pleasure of having Meryl as a group facilitator for my grief group. During the course of almost a year, Meryl consistently showed professionalism and compassion. She made sure we were all heard, enabling us to open up to healing."
— BRUCE N.
"Meryl is a kind and compassionate grief coach who creates a safe space for healing. Her gentle support and guidance has helped me tend to my grief and has given me space to “go on” with more light and peace."
— KIM S.

Gentle Words For Your Heart
Grief doesn’t just come from the death of someone in your life.
It comes from everything that changes as a result of the death.
The silence.
The routines that no longer exist.
The moments you wish you could share—but can’t.
And one of the hardest parts?
Most people around you don’t know what to say…and you end up carrying it alone.
What I want you to know is this:
- What you’re feeling is not wrong.
- It is not “too much.”
- It’s not something you should be over by now.
IT IS GRIEF.
Many of the natural responses that feel confusing or overwhelming are normal—they’re just not talked about enough.
This is the work we do together.
I support adults who are grieving the death of someone significant in their lives—offering both practical tools and spiritual support, along with a space where grief can be witnessed without pressure to “move on.” Where there is the permission to “go on.”
Because you don’t have to navigate this alone.
If you are grieving —or quietly struggling long after others think you should be “okay”—I’m here.
Message me directly or connect here.
Starting the conversation is a step toward feeling less alone and forging a path for ongoing healing.
